​How do I place an order?

To make your order, click on a product on the store page, choose your quantity and add your products to the shopping cart, then finalise your order by clicking on shopping cart icon or view cart button.



Standard delivery (no tracking) and Courier delivery (tracking) options are available. We strongly recommend customers to use Courier delivery for peace of mind.

We deliver to all international destinations including the U.S and Europe. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery of your item from the delivery notification date.

We thank you for your understanding and patience. Orders shipping to destinations might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

If you receive any product that has a manufacturer's defect, or has been incorrectly delivered, please contact us and return the product with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to us.


We need you to provide the following details to quickly resolve the situation:

  1. Your name, contact telephone number, address and most importantly, your email address;

  2. Invoice number and tracking number (it is appreciated if you could attach a copy of those with the return product);

  3. Reason for return (please let us know your concern(s))


Upon receipt of the returned product with your full details provided, we will examine and test the product.

If the product does not have a manufacturer's fault/DOA and is in full working condition or any defect or damage was caused after you took delivery of the product, we will return the product to you. You will be invoiced the costs of testing the product and freight for the return of the product to you.

If the product is incorrectly delivered, you must return the product (preferably unopened) with suitable packaging to prevent damage in delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you, or you may arrange a refund with us.

We will offer refund if we cannot offer you replacement within a reasonable time frame. If the product is returned for reasons other than manufacturer's fault/DOA (e.g. change of mind etc.) we will charge a 20% restocking fee, payment processing fee and P&H costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept a returned product if the packaging has been opened.
